Also known as Swarga Suli (Heaven's Spear), Isarlat was built in 1749 by Maharaja Ishwari Singh to commemorate his victory over the Marathas. Tragically, it became the site of his ritual suicide when he was later defeated.
Over the years, Isarlat Tower has become an integral part of Jaipur's cultural landscape. Visitors from across the globe come here to witness the architectural brilliance and learn about the rich heritage that this place represents. The site has been carefully preserved to maintain its historical authenticity while ensuring a comfortable experience for modern-day tourists.
The 7-story minaret stands 72 feet tall. Offers panoramic views of the pink city from the top. One of the lesser-known monuments providing unique city views. The spiral staircase has 104 narrow steps. Named Swarga Suli as it points towards heaven.
What truly sets Isarlat Tower apart is its ability to transport visitors back in time. Whether you're a history enthusiast, a photography lover, or simply someone looking to explore the Pink City's treasures, this destination offers something memorable for everyone. The attention to detail in every corner tells stories of the craftsmen and visionaries who created this masterpiece.
